Any quote, order, or commercial agreement identifies the actual reseller or contracting party. The terms provided by that party govern the corresponding transaction. This website does not currently accept orders or payments directly.

Copyright remains with the respective authors and rights holders. ESPectre first-party source is generally distributed under GPLv3, with separate commercial licensing available only through an express written agreement. Project name and presentation
The ESPectre name, logo, website presentation, and project materials may not be used to imply sponsorship, certification, endorsement, or an official relationship without permission. Open-source software permissions do not automatically grant rights in names, logos, or third-party marks.
