The license grants you the perpetual right to use ESPectre in proprietary firmware within the agreed scope, without GPLv3’s copyleft obligations. It also includes certification of your hardware for use with ESPectre and one year of maintenance and technical support. Maintenance renewal is optional and covers updates, compatibility fixes, and technical support. Integration work is quoted separately.

You can continue using, modifying, and shipping the versions covered by your perpetual license within the agreed product scope. Access to later versions and continued support requires maintenance renewal.
Licenses cover one legal entity and are non-transferable. Enterprise scope is defined in the agreement. The agreement also lists the covered ESPectre components, versions, product models, and permitted revisions. Eligible components include core, runtime, Native, and Matter. ESPHome remains GPLv3-only, and third-party license terms still apply.
Yes. ESPectre is available under GPLv3, which permits commercial use and sales when you comply with its terms. Internal evaluation does not require a commercial license or publication of your modifications. A time-limited commercial evaluation agreement is also available.
